Alex works with individuals, couples, and families navigating disconnection, relationship struggles, and the feeling of being stuck—even when they’ve tried hard to make things different. She believes that understanding where we’ve been can offer important context for where we are, while also recognizing that insight alone doesn’t always create change.
Her work is relational, warm, and collaborative. Alex takes time to understand the full story—what you’ve experienced, what you’ve learned to do to get through it, and how those ways of coping may be showing up in your life and relationships now. She’ll offer curiosity and compassion, while also gently calling attention to the places where old ways of relating may be getting in the way of what you want today.
Therapy is a space to feel understood without feeling stuck there. Alex’s goal is to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships while finding new ways of moving through them that feel more intentional, connected, and true to you.
